Salary: £35,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Senior leadership experience in quality or quality engineering within complex organisations. Strong experience governing and assuring third-party or System Integrator delivery. Deep understanding of modern quality practices, including automation, early testing, and pipeline-based assurance. Broad experience across functional and non-functional testing. Comfortable using data and evidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. Desirable: Experience working with Salesforce and complex integrations. Desirable: Exposure to cloud, SaaS, legacy, and on-premise platforms. Proven experience improving or modernising quality functions. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and scaled delivery models. Responsibilities: Own the overall quality position for M Group, providing leaders with a trusted view of risks and technology performance. Define quality expectations and ensure they are understood across internal teams and System Integrator partners. Work with engineering leadership to embed quality early in the lifecycle, promoting automation and early testing. Ensure realistic environments and data are utilized to understand risks before release. Focus on root causes and lasting improvements when issues arise, rather than short-term fixes.
