Client
Leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 20 years across the UK and Ireland, consistently delivering high quality solutions. They work across various sectors carrying out a range of projects including new build, fit-out and facilities maintenance.
The Role
* Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations
* Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship
* Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
* Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
* Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
* Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish
The Ideal Person
* Degree or HND qualified or other relevant qualifications
* Main Contractor background
* Track record as a No.1 Site Manager
* Experience working on new build projects from the ground up
* CSR card
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
* Strong man management skills able to get the best out of site teams
* High level of IT literacy
* Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan
