Role
We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
* Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
* Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records

Requirements
* Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
* Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience hiring both field and office-based employees
* Industry experience is preferred but not essential
