An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a growing and highly respected Yorkshire housebuilder on one of their developments in the Barnsley area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities.
Role
* Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion
* Conducting development and show home tours for prospective purchasers
* Generating, qualifying and following up sales leads
* Building strong relationships with customers, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage advisors
* Securing reservations and progressing sales through to exchange and completion
* Maximising opportunities to sell extras and upgrades
* Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
* Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Working independently to manage a busy, single-manned development
The Person
* Minimum 12 months' experience within New Homes Sales
* Experience working for a housebuilder is essential
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel if required

* Basic salary of £35,000
