Catering Manager - Grange Farm School
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual to lead and manage our Catering Facility at Grange Farm Primary School. The successful candidate will have experience managing a catering facility and will be innovative, creative and passionate, ensuring our children have the best experience of healthy eating from a young age.
Responsibilities
* Create and serve delicious and nutritious meals for our pupils.
* Menu plan and manage budgets.
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of catering staff.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of catering legislation.
* Be customer focused.
* Be articulate and communicate effectively with all shareholders.
* Have knowledge of basic ICT.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience managing a catering facility.
* Experience creating and cooking healthy meals.
* Ability to manage a budget and menu planning.
* Good knowledge of catering legislation.

* Basic ICT knowledge.

Working Hours
5 hours per day, 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Compensation
£14,847 – £16,876 per annum (under 5 years service) or £15,185 – £17,260 per annum (over 5 years service).

Schedule
Estimated 25 hours per week (38 weeks with time off).
