Select patients from the lists in clinical priority and chronological order and offer appointment date. Have a working knowledge and understanding of targets and the Integrated Elective Access Protocols (IEAP). Adhere to this policy at all times. Deal with general enquiries / provide advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies. Responsible for prioritising own workload, maintaining diaries, making appointments, receiving and processing incoming mail / email in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with agreed procedures within area of responsibility Qualifications: 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
