Responsibilities: Provide personalised fitness assessments, consultations, and training sessions to assist members and guests in setting and achieving their fitness goals Monitor and assist guests in the safe and proper use of fitness equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and best practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness facilities, including equipment, studios, and locker rooms Educate guests on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery to support their fitness journey Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continuously enhance the guest experience Requirements: Certified fitness instructor or personal trainer with recognized qualifications Previous experience in leading fitness classes and providing personal training sessions, preferably in a hospitality or fitness centre environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire guests Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail CPR and First Aid certification required Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by class schedules and business needs Benefits: Competitive salary package Company pension scheme – People’s Partnership Enhanced Company Sick Pay, Maternity and Paternity Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
