Site Manager – London/South East

As GRAHAM continues to grow across the South East, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic Building Division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile construction projects across Residential, Student Accommodation, and Commercial/Office sectors, with project values ranging from £20M to £100M+.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing site culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations and manage subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
Monitor progress against programme and report updates.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Promote a collaborative and safety-first site culture.
Essential
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Experience delivering projects in Residential, Student Accommodation, or Commercial/Office sectors.
