Were looking for a hands‑on STIBO STEP Developer to jump into a high‑impact MDM environment and help drive the design, build, and delivery of STEP‑powered data solutions.
What youll be doing
* Designing and configuring STIBO STEP MDM components: data models, hierarchies, workflows, rules, UI, dashboards, and DQ controls.
* Building match‑merge and golden record logic.
* Working with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust STEP solutions.
* Developing API‑driven integrations and workflow automation.
* Embedding strong data governance and data quality practices.
* Supporting UAT, deployment, and cross‑functional project delivery.
What youll bring
* Proven, practical experience with STIBO STEP MDM.
* Strong grounding in MDM, data modelling, data integration, workflow design, and UI configuration.
* Proficiency with STEP CWB, STEP APIs, XML, and JSON.
* A structured, delivery‑focused mindset and the ability to hit the ground running.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of PIM processes.
* STIBO STEP or related MDM certifications.
