Role summary: The role is responsible for selling membership to the Once For All Platform to construction businesses, helping them gain visibility, win more work, and stay compliant with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Engage with existing, new or potential B2B customers in the construction industry (both inbound and outbound opportunities) via phone, email, and online demos to inform them and present the value of the OFA supplier products and services.
* Build strong relationships and rapport with prospects.
* Understand the prospect’s needs and objectives to ensure the value messaging meets their procurement and/or compliance needs.
* Present, promote and sell company products and/or services to potential members.
* Address objections and answer questions.
* Provide accurate product pricing information.
* Follow up and work to close new business and upgrade deals.
* Assist the customer through the sign-up journey.
* Collaborate with the Buyer Success Team and Account Managers to ensure messaging for Buyer invite campaigns is agreed and understood before relaying to prospects.
* Provide feedback and report on Buyer invite campaign progress.
* Collaborate with Customer Account Managers, Marketing and Sales Operations to maximise all sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) in line with internal processes.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Qualifications
* 1-2 years of telesales or new business sales experience preferred.
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
* Basic understanding of Construction or supply chain risk management is preferable; sector training will be provided.
* Exceptional communication skills; ability to write and speak clearly and explain product benefits straightforwardly.
* Love of talking to customers and a strong commitment to accuracy with high attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic, passionate and quick to learn; able to prioritise and perform under pressure.
* Dependable, organised, and able to follow through on internal and external commitments.
* Proficient with computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems) and telephone systems.
* Adaptable to fast-paced, growing environments and curious about why things work the way they do.
* Drive for continuous professional improvement and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

OTE allowance for this role is £18,500, based on targets and KPIs.
