Easylet is recruiting for a new Maintenance/Handyman to join their expanding team.
EDINBURGH BASED POSITION
We run a busy lettings department and also manage properties for intermediate temporary accommodation. Based in the Southside of Edinburgh, we run a small and friendly office and have been established since 2010. We like to think that we offer a personal service to our landlords and to our tenants, many of whom have been with us since we started out.
Ideally we are looking for a multi skilled candidate.
The job is varied and therefore requires good basic DIY and a general good skill set.
Experience is required in the following areas:
Basic Plumbing
Basic Electrical knowledge
Carpentry
Painting
Property refurbishment
Additional Requirements:
Basic Disclosure
Clean Driving Licence
Eligibility to work in the UK - Work Visa Licence Transfer Acceptable
Out of hours cover will be required on rotation
