Development Sales Executive - Twickenham
Location: Twickenham
Salary: £35,000 basic + 5% bonus, (£71,750 OTE)
Hours: 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday / 11am-4pm Sunday
Working Pattern: 5 days per week | Every other weekend (2 weekends on, 2 weekends off)
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Development Sales Executive to join our team at our prestigious Twickenham development. Working alongside the Development Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Development Sales Lead in achieving sales targets
* Conduct viewings and negotiate sales with prospective buyers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
* Provide expert knowledge of the development and local area
* Process sales enquiries and maintain accurate records
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

* Proven experience in property sales or sales negotiation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation abilities with a results-driven approach
* Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts on a rota basis
