We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in the next stage of our organisational journey.
This is more than a traditional HR Manager role.
Reporting directly to the People & Development Director, you will lead the operational HR function, manage and develop a dedicated HR team, support managers across the organisation, and help drive workforce initiatives that make a genuine difference to our employees and the people we support.

About the Role
As HR Manager, you will provide operational leadership across the HR function, ensuring high standards of employee relations, professional HR practice and manager support.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading the day-to-day HR function
* Managing complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases
* Supporting and developing the HR team
* Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant and effective
* Supporting workforce planning and organisational development activity
* Monitoring workforce data, trends and KPIs
* Driving recruitment and retention initiatives
* Supporting leadership development and manager capability
* Leading people improvement projects and workforce initiatives
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or has equivalent HR management experience
* Experienced in managing complex employee relations matters
* Confident advising and influencing managers
* Organised, proactive and solutions focused
* Passionate about developing others
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Committed to delivering high-quality people services
