As a Sales Executive, you will join a global brand leader. Through a bespoke training programme, you will learn about the products, deliver exceptional customer service, excel in sales, and manage a profitable retail centre. This role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing relationships, and building new ones. Based in Nottingham, this is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of circa £27,000 and an OTE of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Engage with the training programme to drive self-development
2. Conduct retail and customer service activities to meet sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction
3. Identify and research new business leads
4. Grow customer accounts through targeted cold and warm calling
5. Visit customers regularly
6. Manage cash and payment systems per company policies
7. Assist customers with sales, queries, and after-sales service
8. Conduct stock takes as needed
9. Re-stock and replenish items
10. Understand the range of company products
11. Administer sales orders and handle returns
12. Respond to parts enquiries
13. Attend training, meetings, and company events at onsite and head office
