The role To provide a responsive and preventative service to assist the Tradespersons to repair and maintain the Council’s housing stock and buildings across Redditch Borough. Key Requirements Material delivery to site, waste collections, assisting trades to deliver repairs and maintenance to council stock. Undertaking loft insulation installation/replacement Hold a full clean uk driving license. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times work on various general maintenance tasks as required Skills & experience Hold a full clean uk driving license Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills while being adaptable to work requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks and operate basic tools and equipment. Good communication and customer service skills Previous experience in construction or property maintenance related fields.
