Job Description:
A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment Lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with potential for permanent employment.
The firm comprises former City lawyers focusing on Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly, and conducting employee due diligence for larger organizations. The workload can be tailored based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee entries and exits, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be offered on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
