Job Description:
HR Manager
Bedfordshire
Lead HR strategy in a growing food manufacturing business in a senior leadership role focused on impact, innovation, and culture.
In the fast-paced FMCG and food manufacturing sectors, success depends on people. This HR Manager role offers an opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape culture, enable growth, and implement a forward-thinking people strategy within a global company that designs customized solutions for the food industry. The organization emphasizes sustainability, innovation, and culinary excellence, making food matter for people and the planet.
As HR Manager, you will lead a talented HR team across multiple production sites, managing the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to succession planning. You will be part of the divisional leadership teams, acting as a strategic partner while delivering initiatives that enhance engagement, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and uphold ethical and sustainable workplace practices. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on delivery to maintain the company's reputation as a great place to work.
* Experience leading multi-site HR teams within food manufacturing or FMCG, ideally at Chartered CIPD level.
* Proven track record of results through change management, cultural transformation, and innovative HR strategies.
* Commercially aware and data-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, ethical compliance, and leadership in wellbeing, talent management, and organizational development.
This role provides an opportunity to influence senior-level decision-making in a purpose-led, international organization with a collaborative culture committed to innovation, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. You will lead impactful projects, shape policies, and develop future leaders in a company that values your expertise.
The position is based in Bedfordshire and is accessible from Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Essex.
If you are driven by purpose, inspired by challenges, and motivated to shape the future of HR strategy in the FMCG and food manufacturing sectors, apply today with your CV or contact Neal directly to discuss further. Including a note on why the role aligns with your experience is optional but helpful.
Please note that visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position, and candidates on visas will not be considered.
