You will report directly to the Panels / Sales Manager supporting in all elements of the sales delivery process.- Telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers, with occasional face to face contact- Processing sales orders for customers- Ordering from suppliers- Building relationships with customers and suppliers- Sales support tasks such as administration, scanning, photocopying and filing- Stock taking- The successful candidate will undertake Sales training on site and occassional off site visits to suppliers etc.- Possibility of promotions as your careeer progresses within the depot and within the group for the right personThe successful candidate will have the following skills and personal qualities:- Communication skills- IT skills- Attention to detail- Organisation skills- Customer care skills- Problem solving skills- Administrative skills- Team working- Initiative- Non judgementalThey will also have GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at grade 4-9.
