Overview
Site Manager required to join a leading fit out / facilities / clean rooms / laboratories contractor based in the Didcot area. The role targets candidates from a civils / structures background, ideally with experience on new build projects. The candidate should preferably have a construction degree (HNC or HND) with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing site personnel, ensuring delivery of the project on time and to budget, developing relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, and enforcing health and safety so that all works are completed safely.
