LPS are a well-established nationwide fundraising company with a multitude of charity partners, including local hospices and national charities. We are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team of door-to-door and private site fundraisers.
We raised over £2 million for hospice partners in 2024 alone!
Our fundraisers come from diverse backgrounds, from gardeners to company CEOs. Many seek flexible roles that are rewarding and make them feel good every day.
All our fundraisers are knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking, and passionate about our charities, whether working door-to-door, in-store venues, events, or shows.
Role: Door-to-Door and Private Site
Hours: Full Time and Part Time
We are looking for!
* Professional charity fundraisers to join our dedicated teams.
* Working on the charity’s frontline in your local community, raising awareness and supporters for weekly lotteries.
* Supporters' donations significantly impact our charities, coupled with the chance to win amazing prizes!
* This role suits confident individuals who love speaking to people, making a difference, and seeking a rewarding, non-office environment role.
* If you have experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, venue sales, events, exhibitions, party planning, or face-to-face sales (utilities, broadband, outside sales), this could be ideal for you.
You will need?
* At least 5 years of general work experience, with 12 months in a customer-facing role preferred.
* Driving license and own transport preferred for ease of travel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Resilience, self-motivation, dependability, and reliability.
* Caring, compassionate, driven, and positive mentality.

* Application review, followed by a phone contact from an 01202 number.
* If no answer, a voicemail/message will be left.
* Initial screening call, then an online Zoom interview with the Sales Manager.
* Outcome within 48 hours; successful candidates will start onboarding.
What training do I get?
Comprehensive training including classroom, online, and field training. Weekly Zoom sessions cover compliance, regulations, and skills. Field training involves shadowing and working with team leaders, learning different fundraising styles, rapport-building, and conversation techniques. Support is ongoing from our community of experienced fundraisers, helping you maintain earnings while raising vital funds.
Vacancies are available for Door-to-Door, Venue, Shows, Events Fundraisers, and Team Leaders. Experience in Face-to-Face Sales, Utility, Home Improvement, Energy, Broadband, or similar sales roles is a plus but not always essential.
