About the Role As a Internal Recruiter /Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting hiring managers, ensuring seamless coordination of recruitment activities, and driving efficiency in talent acquisition. You will be instrumental in candidate attraction, sourcing, and creating a positive hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Job Posting & Management: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring effective outreach. Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain and update the ATS for accuracy and efficiency. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor recruitment progress, generate reports, and provide key hiring insights. Interview Coordination: Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Candidate Journey & Onboarding: Support candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding. Collaboration with HR: Act as a liaison between recruitment and HR teams to streamline hiring processes. LinkedIn & Social Media Management: Oversee job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms, leveraging social media to attract top talent. Administrative Support: Provide essential recruitment administration support to the team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment administration or HR support. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in ATS management, recruitment software and Linkedin. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
