We are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Recruiter to act as a strategic Recruitment Consultant within our clients organisation, supporting our talent acquisition efforts across multiple high-end properties and corporate functions.

The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for both operational and corporate roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing insight and strategy to our recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key hospitality roles
Elevate our employer brand through creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
Maintain and optimise our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions
Champion a luxury-level candidate experience aligned with our brand values
About You
Proven experience in a recruitment consultant or internal recruitment role (hospitality or luxury sector preferred)
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and role requirements
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Discreet, professional, and highly organised
Experience with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
