We are undergoing rapid growth and forecast a doubling of our employee numbers by the end of 2026. Consequently, we need to build our people management capability to better service the business.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee and implement HR initiatives aligned with our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in employee relations, compliance, training, talent management, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
* Support current and future business needs through recruitment, development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
* Create and implement company-wide training and onboarding programs
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
* People-oriented and results-driven.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
* HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
