We are currently searching for a Site Manager to work on a multi-occupancy new generation project close to Birmingham, consisting of over 100 houses and apartments. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the site, health and safety, and managing the sub-contractors.
Requirements
1. Previous residential Site Manager experience, though may consider an Assistant who is ready to step up.
2. Knowledge of NHBC Guidelines.
3. Valid CSCS card.
4. SMSTS certification.
5. First Aid certification.
6. Professional Qualification to an appropriate level.
7. Experience in the management of Health and Safety.
Rewards and Benefits
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary in the region of £50,000 – £55,000. In addition to the basic salary, there will be benefits including car/car allowance, plus a bonus scheme.
