£50,000 – 55,000 with bonus and benefits
Based in Scotland – remote working with occasional trips to the Aberdeen office

Fantastic opportunity here to join a growing software company who are seeking a strategic and service-driven manager to lead and evolve the customer / application support team.
It’s a critical leadership role that will take ownership of application support, system upgrades, hosted service delivery and release management
Seeking a champion of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You should have the following skills and experiences –
1. Experience in a senior support or service delivery leadership role within a software or IT services environment.
2. Proven experience managing application support teams and customer environments in a hosted or cloud-based setting.
3. Strong working knowledge of ITSM practices and frameworks (ITIL), with experience implementing structured support processes.
4. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage software releases and communicate technical changes to customers.
5. Experience working with third-party service providers.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use performance data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
