Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. This is a stand alone role and the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.
* Update policies and procedures as and when required.
* Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
* responsible for all areas of absence management
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
* Compile weekly pay roll reports
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices in human resources.
* Minimum CIPD level 3 Qualified
This is a part time position of 3 days per week.
Salary £32,600 per Annum - Pro rata
