Job Title: Sales Executive

About the role
We are seeking a talented full-time Sales Executive to join our development in Handforth, Cheshire. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives by introducing them to independent retirement living. Your responsibilities will include proactively engaging with interested customers, providing expert advice on their purchases, and ensuring a positive experience from enquiry to move-in.
1. Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate a hassle-free process.
2. Work onsite at the Welcome Centre, achieving sales targets and understanding the development to better assist customers.
3. Show apartments using the available resources, including floor plans, interior options, and partner services.
You will report to the Field Sales Manager and collaborate with onsite marketing, customer relations, construction teams, and external agents and solicitors to progress sales to completion.
About you
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service-oriented selling, preferably with experience in the retirement or new homes market. You should demonstrate excellent relationship skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work independently. A calming, supportive demeanor is essential to help customers navigate their decisions confidently. You must have professional sales experience, be proficient with IT databases, and hold a valid UK driver’s license for off-site visits.
