PR Agency Part - time HR Manager
Our client, a prolific integrated PR & Creative Services agency based in Central London is looking for a HR Manager to manage recruitment for the agency and HR administration.
The role will offer autonomy to set up and implement processes and work as part of the Senior Leadership Team by taking responsibility for all talent acquisition and HR practices across the PR agency network. Flexibility of hybrid and part-time hours.
You will have previous experience working in either a PR or creative services agency .
* Managing Recruitment & talent acquisition
* HR administration and systems implementation
* Performance monitoring and appraisals
* Graduate attraction and talent acquisition
* Organising appropriate training and CPD for staff
* Supporting PR Agency leadership team with any HR queries or issues
