Location : Midlands (with travel to multiple sites) Employment Type : Full-time Salary : Competitive Benefits About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee multiple projects within the UK water industry. This is a key leadership role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) experience and a proven ability to manage complex site operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications. Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation works. Liaise with clients and report progress to senior management. Attend design and commissioning meetings, ensuring works align with drawings and technical requirements. Monitor costs, progress, and quality control across all civil and MEICA works. Maintain site documentation, including Temporary Works Registers and CDM compliance. Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture. Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly. What Were Looking For Qualifications: SMSTS First Aid at Work CSCS Card UK Driving Licence MEICA-related training or certification (desirable) Temporary Works Supervisor / A61 Appointed Person (desirable) Skills & Experience: Strong MEICA knowledge and experience in managing site operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results. Commercial awareness and understanding of engineering principles.
