Looking for something a little different? This is a fantastic opportunity as you’ll be working in a dual role across Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, placing you at the heart of employee growth and talent success.
What will I do?
* Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as
* Helping to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation
* Coordinating training programmes and maintaining accurate learning records
* Taking the lead on the onboarding journey for new starters across the group, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the business
* Internal contractual amendments and supporting employees through internal career moves

* Strong admin and coordination skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Able to multi-task
* Experience in the use of various IT software and systems –excellentMS Office and Excel skills and HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and CMS experience
