HR Administrator - (Maternity Cover) We have a new opportunity not to be missed Vantage are looking for an experiencedHR Administrator to join us on a 12 month maternity cover to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £25,950 per annum. This role has flexible hours and is open for discussion.The role will involve hybrid working and when you are working on site it will be at our head office based in Toyota Leeds, you will also be required to travel to our dealerships as and when required. Are you an Experienced Administrator looking to develop your skills within HR? This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a varied HR Administrator role. You will provide a comprehensive service, implement best practice, and maintain key processes and procedures whilst assisting managers to attract, recruit, retain, manage and develop the best people/talent for the business. You will be responsible for providing a pro-active, fast paced and consistent service for internal and external customers. Assisting in the delivery of key HR and Resourcing projects. You will liaise with managers to ensure the induction is in place for new starters, helping to provide the best possible experience and retention. Our ideal HR Administrator To be successful in this role you will: CIPD Qualified or working towards. Have a minimum of 2 A levels or equivalent, combination of education and experience. Have experience in a similar or relevant role. Preferably in a fast paced in-house customer focused environment across a variety of disciplines. Have experience in an office-based environment handling confidential information. Strong IT and administrative skills comprehensive understanding of Microsoft office and ability to work with HR and ATS systems. You will be a strong communicator (verbal and written) with a proven ability to build relationships. The ability to understand and interpret key performance measures, good analytical skills and attention to detail. You will need a strong commitment to team working with the ability to manage your own workload as well as making decisions and escalating where appropriate.
