As B2C Sales Executive, you will join a highly successful and growing brand based onsite in Brackley in their large modern open plan offices. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary of up to 35,000 plus commission opportunities and an OTE of 38,000. The main focus is driving sales growth by following leads and quotes, converting enquiries, and maintaining contact with prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact customers who have had quotes or made enquiries
* Convert quotes into sales opportunities
* Provide high levels of customer engagement
* Actively call leads, build rapport, gauge interest
* Promote company products and services, upsell and cross-sell
* Establish rapport and generate interest to progress sales
* Schedule appointments at home or in a showroom
* Conduct pre- and post-appointment calls, provide after-sales care
* Monitor and report on lead progress and conversion rates
* Gather feedback to improve customer experience
Skills Required:
* Proven sales experience in prospecting and following up leads
* Track record of meeting KPIs and closing sales
* High customer service orientation
* Effective time management skills
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
* Self-motivated with energy and drive
