We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited sales experience looking to develop a career in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
The successful candidate will support the sales process, engage with new and existing customers, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach and account support.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
* Support the management and development of existing client relationships.
* Participate in customer meetings, both in-person and virtual, alongside senior sales staff.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
* Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.
* Continuously develop product knowledge and keep informed of market trends.
* Assist in resolving customer issues or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
* Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
* Willingness and ability to travel locally to visit customers as required.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Degree in Business, Microbiology, Histopathology, or a related field.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service is desirable.
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
