 
        We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our esteemed shared office building. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service skills and a strong background in hospitality/reception, ensuring that all tennants receive a warm welcome and efficient service. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage front desk operations while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts. Greet staff and tennants upon arrival, and provide information about the building Handle enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed consistently and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall tennant experience. Organise meetings, booking events/rooms, Tea/Coffee making etc Experience Previous experience in a building management, hotel or hospitality environment is essential. Strong customer services skills with a proven ability to handle diverse customer needs. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
