Your new role You will play a key role in supporting a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Senior Employment Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact employment matters, particularly those involving trade unions and employment tribunals. What you'll need to succeed 2-4 years PQE in employment law (ideally qualified in England and Wales). Demonstrable experience working with trade unions and representing claimants in employment tribunals. Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. What you'll get in return Salary of £65,000. Hybrid working model with a central London office base.
