Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Welwyn Garden City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their product requisites, and providing personalized solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build long-term client relationships and meet or exceed sales objectives Proficiency in identifying client needs and effectively matching them with relevant products or solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clientele Time management, teamwork, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and support internal collaboration A proactive and results-driven mindset with attention to detail Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or industrial supply industry, is an advantage Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred Salary is negotiable based on experience within our field.
