Reed HR have partnered with a growing IT company based in Horsham who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and staff, developing and implementing company policies and programmes, supporting TUPE and redundancy consultation, and supporting and coaching Senior Managers advising them on all people issues. * Manage and develop the HR team and ensure they deliver high-quality services and advice to managers and employees
* Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's vision, values and strategic goals
* Lead and coordinate HR projects and initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, reward and recognition, and diversity and inclusion
* Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations cases, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy and TUPE
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations and keep up to date with HR trends and best practices
* Manage the HR budget and report on HR metrics and KPIs
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, legal advisors, and external partners
The successful HR Manager will have...
* CIPD qualification or HR Degree or equivalent
* Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR role in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced and changing environment
* High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
* Proficient in MS Office and HR software
