HR Administrator – 6 month fixed term
Journey Hospitality is an entrepreneurial and fast‑paced hotel digital marketing and technology business redefining the guest experience for luxury and boutique hotels worldwide. We are seeking an organised, detail‑focused HR Administrator to support our people operations and help scale best‑in‑class employee experiences.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and update HRIS (e.g. Personio), ensuring accurate and timely employee records
* Manage onboarding administration including right‑to‑work checks, contracts, and induction planning
* Support recruitment administration, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
* Administer HR documentation such as offer letters, reference checks, and contract updates
* Coordinate employee changes (promotions, transfers, exits) and ensure documentation is up to date
* Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and payroll processes
* Support payroll preparation and liaise with finance to ensure accurate data is submitted each month
* Maintain confidential personnel files in line with data protection laws (GDPR)
* Assist with international contractor compliance tracking and agreement management
* Support wellbeing, diversity and engagement initiatives through event coordination and communication
* Prepare monthly and quarterly HR metrics and reports for internal stakeholders
* Help ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and accessible
What You’ll Bring
* 1–2 years’ experience in an HR support or administrative role (tech, agency or high‑growth business experience a plus)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* High levels of discretion and professionalism with sensitive and confidential information
* Tech‑savvy with experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. Personio, HiBob, etc.)
* Proficient in Google Workspace
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Team player, with a positive, proactive and people‑first attitude
