Job Title: Quality Manager – Civil Engineering
Location: Midlands & Surrounding Areas (with regular site travel)

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a wide range of infrastructure and groundworks projects. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and performance reviews to monitor quality across multiple civil engineering projects.
Work closely with project teams to establish and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure documentation is up to date.
Identify non-conformances, lead investigations, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Support operational and pre-construction teams with quality planning, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Be the go-to person for all quality-related matters and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a Quality Management, QA/QC, or similar role within construction or civil engineering.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality documentation, and compliance standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
A full UK driving licence – this role involves regular site travel.
Relevant quality, engineering or construction-related qualifications (preferred but not essential).
