Job Description:
The SHEQ Manager with 5-10 years of experience working with Switchgear, Electronics, or Electrical Components manufacturing (railway exposure is a plus) will be responsible for all day-to-day compliance matters, supporting strategic development and business progression.
Quality:
* Responsible for the Quality Management System and all quality issues.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
* Lead Quality Meetings, manage PPAPs, calibration, audits (internal, customer, supplier, ISO9001, RISQS, Achilles).
* Manage NCRs, G8Ds, quality concessions, and customer quality documents.
* Analyze customer feedback and lead quality improvement projects.
Health, Safety & Environment:
* Work towards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation.
* Implement and manage health and safety policies.
* Record, report, and investigate incidents and hazards.
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and standards.
* Manage COSHH, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk mitigation steps.
General:
* Report on KPIs, departmental targets, objectives, and forecasts.
* Contribute to daily business management and strategic planning.
