This role focuses on proactive customer contact, excellent product knowledge, and delivering a first-class customer experience that drives sales and loyalty. Key Outputs / Deliverables Customer Reactivation & Retention Sales Performance Order Management & Accuracy Promotion & Product Awareness Customer Relationship Management Reporting & Insights Principal Responsibilities Customer Re-engagement: Proactively contact lapsed and dormant customers to rebuild relationships and win back business. Identify reasons for lapse and present tailored solutions to encourage reactivation. Order Management: Take orders from independent foodservice customers via phone and email. Ensure all orders are accurately processed and confirmed in line with company procedures. Upselling & Promotions: Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximise order value. Clearly communicate current promotions, new launches, and seasonal offers. Recommend menu solutions and product alternatives to suit customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with assigned customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Keep customer records up to date with accurate notes and order history within internal systems (e.g., SAP). Provide a cohesive service between customers, drivers, and distribution centre staff. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales and reactivation targets. Report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
