Job title: HR Manager – part time
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £53k – FTE
This is a stand alone, part time HR Manager role, working approximately 22.5 hours a week with potential to be full time further down the line.
My client is a reputable hospitality business in South Manchester who are looking for a Generalist HR Manager to join their team. This is a fast paced and varied role and would be suited to someone who is from a similar sector background or similar and has been stand alone in the past.
* Reporting into the MD you will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle
* Recruitment including, advertising, interviewing, working closely with managers to understand their needs
* Onboarding and inductions with all new employees
* Team development including coaching and mentoring managers
* Employee relations
* Payroll and administration
* General adhoc duties to support the wider business
Qualifications
You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
