Space Sales Executive
Waylands Automotive, proud partners of Polestar, are looking for a full‑time Space Sales Executive to join the Polestar Space at Bicester Heritage.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver immersive, engaging, and highly personalised customer experiences.
* Turn curiosity into enthusiasm by showcasing Polestar’s technology and design.
* Build lasting relationships – from first hello to test drive to keys in hand.
* Smash targets and KPIs as part of a passionate, high‑performing team.
* Champion every lead and convert interest into sales with professionalism and flair.
* Represent Polestar’s values as a true ambassador, with pride and energy.
Who We’re Looking For
* Outgoing people person who thrives on meaningful customer connections.
* Experienced in automotive sales, or driven by a genuine passion to learn.
* Detail‑oriented – remembering even a customer’s dog’s name matters.
* Motivated to hit targets and go above and beyond.
* Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
* Confident and authentic communicator.
* Full UK driving licence holder for at least 12 months.
What You’ll Get
* Full‑time basic salary of £27,040 + commissions and bonuses (OTE £40,540).
* 45 hours per week over a 7‑day week.
* 31 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
