Field Sales Executive
Location: Urmston, Manchester
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25 000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50 000). £250/month car allowance, £50 phone allowance. Business travel paid. Pension contribution up to 8% matched by employer.
Responsibilities
* Go door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
* Drive performance – hit and exceed targets consistently.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn, and adapt your approach.
Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.
* Driven by targets and motivated by results.
* Solid face‑to‑face sales experience, able to engage people and secure sales.
* Friendly, confident, enjoys real conversations.
* Independent, manages time and hits field targets.
