Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 OTE (Uncapped, Competitive Package) The Opportunity We're looking for an energetic and focused Sales Executive to join a well-established automotive dealership in the Bournemouth/Poole area. While previous sales experience in the motor trade would be an advantage, the key to success here is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales, with full training provided on products, systems, and processes. The Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, building strong relationships, and guiding customers towards the best products and solutions to suit their needs. Your day-to-day will include: Demonstrating vehicles to customers and encouraging test drives. Discussing finance and payment options, working within company guidelines. Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. Following up with customers post-sale to maintain strong relationships and generate repeat/referral business. Planning and organising daily selling activities, including prospecting previous and existing customers. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership to provide a seamless service. About You Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively. Strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with customers. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work to deadlines. Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. PC, Microsoft, and web literate. Previous automotive sales experience is beneficial, but not essential if you have the right attitude and drive to succeed. Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1-hour lunch & one day off during the week) Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch) Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (rota basis) What's in it for you?
