As demand for AI upskilling grows, Edifai is expanding its international reach—starting with APAC.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow our client base in Singapore and across the APAC region. You’ll work closely with our sales team and CEO to identify, qualify, and convert new leads.
This role is remote and offers flexible hours. Ideally, you’ll have experience selling B2B learning or training solutions and an interest in the evolving world of AI and the future of work.
This role would suit someone who is:
* Knowledgeable about the sales process for B2B training and education programmes
* Proactive, resilient and excited to build something new in a fast-moving market
* Able to thrive in a fast-growing, startup environment
* Confident reaching out to senior L&D, HR, or business leaders at enterprise organisations
* Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot (or similar CRM)
Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate leads in APAC, particularly Singapore, through outbound campaigns and networking
* Respond to inbound interest and manage the start and mid-funnel sales process for the region
* Write compelling sales copy (LinkedIn messages and email), and nurture leads through to close
* Track activity, report on pipeline progress, and continuously refine outreach strategy
Core Skills
* Strong outbound sales skills (LinkedIn, email, phone)
* Experience working with a CRM sales pipeline (Hubspot or similar) - desired not required
* Professional communication skills – written and verbal
* Existing network in APAC L&D/HR or corporate training would be a major advantage
