Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Role Purpose
Working specifically on the Severn Trent Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites.
The Role
Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.
* To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety
* Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards
* To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
* Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients
Requirements
* Experience in managing M&E sites.
* Experience in a civil / utilities environment
* Site health and safety card
* SMSTS
* Appropriate trade certificate/qualification
* Good client management and communication skills
* Fit for work medical
Desirable
* Black Card CSCS
* Water industry experience
* EUSR
* IPAF, PASMA, confined space
