An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Ranger team with the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley National Landscape (NL) based at Llangollen.
The NL is looking to appoint a motivated person to deliver practical conservation and landscape management within the Dee Valley and sites across the south of the NL, including Sites of Special Scientific Interest and Special Areas of Conservation. The post involves developing and maintaining sites for the benefit of biodiversity, residents, visitors, and access, including on regional and National Trails. The post also involves engaging with community groups, volunteers, and Young Rangers, and helping to develop projects to support these groups across the NL.
Denbighshire County Council is committed to Equal Opportunities and its Welsh Language Standards. We welcome applications in the Welsh Language, and application forms received in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than those submitted in English.
