As a Construction Manager based in the UAE, you’ll take charge of MEP installations, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class outcomes. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll manage Section Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors. As a Construction Manager, you will:
Lead MEP installations for the assigned project area, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines.
Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards, fostering a zero-defect, zero-LTI culture.
Oversee subcontractor performance, labour productivity, and safe working practices.
Provide accurate reports to the Project Manager, highlighting progress, risks, and recovery plans.
Collaborate on testing, commissioning, and warranty deliverables with Project Engineers.
This is a full-time role, requiring travel between project sites and operating on a project-focused work schedule.
7+ years in MEP construction, including 2–3 years in a senior UAE role.
~ Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
Expertise in HSE compliance, QA/QC, and productivity management.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
PMP or Lean/Agile certifications (preferred).
