Job Role
* Providing advice and guidance on all HR matters
* Ensuring all company policies and procedures are complied with
* Ensuring an efficient recruitment and selection process is conducted
* Updating and maintaining records and sending relevant daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Following the absence management process in conjunction with department managers
* Coordinating occupational health and liaising effectively with all concerned parties
* Conducting investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances with relevant departmental managers in a timely manner
* Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality within the department at all times
* Proactively working with employees at all levels of the business
* Ensuring performance management process (KPIs) adherence across the site and updating relevant reports in a timely manner
* Participating and supporting group HR projects
* Driving site employee engagement
Requirements
* Educated to degree level in either HR or Business related discipline, or educated to A Level or equivalent combined with at least 1 year experience in a HR role
* Professional work ethic with integrity and confidentiality at all times
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated business decision making and negotiation skills
* Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good planning, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Good IT literacy
